Subnet Web Works developed a patient scheduling software for a healthcare clinics that streamlined the process of booking in person and telemedicine appointments online. Our applications enabled patients to book, modify, or cancel appointments through a user-friendly online portal or mobile app, providing real-time access to the clinic’s availability.

Our Telemedicine Platform utilized Twilio for SMS and Vidyo for video and phone appointments. The application was setup to send automated reminders with links for video consultations, ensuring that both patients and healthcare providers are well-prepared. The software considers time zones and ensures that all participants are synchronized for the virtual appointment.

The software also provides reporting tools to track appointment metrics, patient patterns, and resource utilization, contributing to continuous improvement in clinic operations.

The website features a clean, intuitive interface that provides easy access to essential information for students, parents, and staff.  The website includes a staff list, social media news, teacher resources, parent resources, and classroom resources.

The News & Events section keeps the community updated on school happenings, while the calendar tool allows users to sync important dates with their devices. The site’s responsive design ensures a seamless experience across all devices, from desktops to smartphones, making it accessible to everyone.
